Ester Electrical is proud to be delivering electrical, data, and mechanical services for a set of 13 modular, multi-level townhouses in Waterview—developed by long-time collaborators, Tawera Group.

While smaller in scope than some of our infrastructure or commercial projects, this build represents the evolving landscape of urban housing—smart, space-efficient, and sustainably constructed using prefabricated methods.
