This forward-thinking modular project was designed with speed, sustainability, and community wellbeing at its core, bringing 66 warm, healthy homes to life in one of Auckland’s most vibrant suburbs.
The project has been nominated for the 2025 Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities Award at the Property Council New Zealand Awards, recognising the collaborative innovation and delivery precision behind this standout development.
Our scope included:
- Full electrical and LED lighting systems across 66 modular apartments
- Smart metering and energy-efficient solutions
- Solar-ready infrastructure and backbone cabling
- Structured data cabling and AV prewire for future connectivity
- Sitewide access control, security, and intercom systems
- Integration with modular build phases for seamless onsite installation
- Final testing, QA, and client handover
