Ester Electrical is proud to support Teak Construction with the delivery of over 900 metres of insitu ducting for the Pt Chevalier Apartments project—part of a large-scale residential development in Auckland.

While much of our work remains hidden from view, we ensure it’s meticulously recorded, verified, and quality assured through innovative documentation tools.

Our role included:

• Supply and installation of over 900m of insitu underground ducting
  
• Integration with sitewide electrical infrastructure
  
• Ongoing collaboration with Teak Construction
  
• Use of aerial and 360° photography for as-built and QA documentation
  
• Visual verification of concealed work for compliance and reporting
