Ester Electrical successfully delivered the electrical refurbishment of the Helensville Library, Hall, and RSA, in partnership with Legacy Construction. What began as a standard scope quickly evolved into a full-scale rewire due to outdated systems and unforeseen site challenges.

From legacy TRS cabling to asbestos risks, this project demanded quick thinking, detailed planning, and seamless coordination across all stakeholders.

Our role included:

• Full electrical refurbishment across all buildings
