Ester Electrical delivered the complete electrical and systems package for Elm Apartments—an architecturally designed development in the heart of Remuera. Comprising twelve spacious residences and crowned with a 600m² full-floor penthouse, Elm Apartments redefines high-end urban living.

This prestige project included a private residents’ pavilion, pool, and secure underground car parking—requiring seamless integration of advanced electrical systems with refined design outcomes.
